How did Hook get away from Maleficent?

Here’s another thought: Did he get away from Maleficent? She’s a shape-shifter!

He called for help or phone them (good net), cause they have the tazer that can kill magical beings like Malicifent.

In my head this is how the events played out:
–Greg and Tamara arrive at the library.
–Greg lowers Tamara down into the caves. The elevator is a two man job unless you have magic.
–Tamara tazers Maleficent
–Greg brings Hook and Tamara back up the elevator where they wait for Regina
–Regina comes up the elevator alone using magic because the cuff hadn’t “activated” yet.

You forgot where Greg and Tamara then go hide in the library so they can enter dramatically…..it just cracks me up, because I agree with your timeline except for why they are hiding. Did Hook say “Hey, why don’t you guys go hide so when she comes back up we can mess with her mind?” 😆 It’s one of those things where the writers stage a scene for drama, without thinking perhaps well, logically why would it play out that way?

Edit: oh forgot, I have a theory they put a wire on Hook so they could hear what he said, so that’s how they knew. Even if the wire cuts out under the rocks of the cave, they would know to come see what’s going on.

Ha, ha, that’s actually hilarious when you imagine them hiding just before the scene starts lol.

So is Maleficent dead now? If she is its kind of a let down that in this episode we find out she’s not actually died all this time and then, in fact, she dies again right away. doesn’t have much luck with visitors coming down into her cave, does she? Every time someone goes down there she gets killed. But I guess why would she be dead this time if she wasn’t truly dead last time??

I doubt Maleficent is dead. Remember the spell sustains her so whatever Hook or GOAT did to her it probably just stopped her long enough for their escape. I’m sure if we get a trip back down there she’ll manifest again.

Personally, since Tamara’s MO is stopping magic, I’m sure Maleficent is down there in her human form.

But if Tamara used the taser to take Mal’s magical essence away (assuming that’s what it does) does that negate the spell? If her magic is gone, can she still come back? Just throwing this out there.

Understandable. 😀 You’re a busy girl these days keeping minions like me under control 😀

Apparently, she was killed by Emma but there was protection of the fail safe built into the curse. Reggie can conjure up Male’s essence to protect the fail safe when she needs to.
