I think the problem isn’t where is henry so much as where Henry IS.  In PP’s clutches

The link doesn’t work, but I think it is one of those “one does not simply walk into Mordor” situations.

The moment that spawned a thousand meme’s:

One does not simply (fly?) in NL.
I was wondering something similar, if perhaps the location of Henry (and Bae at 14) prevented Rumple from using their names. The are “lost” after all in a place that is fueled by imagination and belief. There may be limitations on Rumple’s magic.

    EDIT:
KFC, I tried SO HARD to fix that and I couldn’t and ARGH!!!!

It is ok video of Sean Bean as Boromir more than makes up for it. You get all the Lembas ( magic elf bread).
    Thanks for trying!

Ah, Boromir! That monologue is a classic!

Again, we don’t know the time in either land and as for Wendy I am sure she thought it was longer as to what she saw made of seem like she was gone longer. But I don’t think this proves that there is a time difference in my opinion.

    From SSTTR…

Wendy: How long was I gone?
    Bae: Just the night.
Wendy: Felt like so much longer. So time works differently in Neverland.

It’s not speculation that time works differently there, they actually had a character flat out state it. They wouldn’t have given her a line so specific if there wasn’t actually a difference.

Yes but what does it mean in practical terms? We know you do not age there. So you can spend years in NL maybe before you would fall behind age wise. Makes you wonder then if Bae and Hook experienced more than 300 chronological years there–or is it like the 28 years of cursed SB? You are in a haze of repeated events that cycle, so you do not feel the passage of time nor age from it?

The one thing we know for sure (I guess) about time in NL is that your own personal biological age stops. We know the sun rises and the sun sets, which is how we determine celestial time, from day to day. But we do not know if there are 24 hours in a day or 31 or 14, for example. Celestial time could move slower or faster, though, if they gave Wendy that line in SSTR, then I’m betting it’s supposed to be a nice big clue.

Agreed. I think time in NL is a lot like SB during the curse. Technically time was frozen. Yet, the days and nights came and went. People went about their daily routines. Yet, no one aged except for Henry. Also, no one really was aware of time passing except for Regina and Jefferson.

About the Ruby Slippers, there’s a theory that Snow’s mother was actually the Witch Of The East (not the green one, the other one) and on her funeral day, she is actually wearing Ruby Slippers. This is around the time Jefferson went to search for the shoes in Oz.  As he said, they’d moved on. The slippers had been with Queen Eva (remember the east witch’s name in DISNEY’S Oz the Great and Powerful was named EVAnora) so if he’d try to find them he’d have been looking in the wrong place. So it’s possible the shoes may be in the enchanted forest…its a stretch..

    Just a crackpot theory >>

If that were true they could have been teasing us earlier eps.. in the millers daughter cora spills flour on evas shoes and eva makes a fuss about her shoes being ruined lol
