How is it possible (aka so much for the Golden light)

I really think that this storyline is a waste if they don’t break it in this season……I’m praying for this to be so.

Ok, so I had to go and rewatch the scene as I haven’t watched since it aired.  I noticed that Rumple was angry and showed absolutely no warmth or tenderness towards his father UNTIL AFTER the final twist of the blade when the gold light came out.   HG & RG, you are both correct, as both of them seemed to surrender to a love and it was a tender moment.

RG, I’ve listed below what I think is needed to break the DO’s curse.  LOL!  😉

Adam said that 3B, like 3A, will have it’s own beginning, middle and end……..and the story is part of the larger arc. So, I would imagine that there will be a resolution (hopefully epic, lol) that leads into more, NEW story for an alive Gold (and Belle)…..

I think when Gold kissed his father it was to show that he forgave him. no hard feelings, papa. even though you hate me, and I have to die because of you, and even though you took everything I ever loved away from me, now you are dying… now you are scared and I will help you not be so scared. I forgive you because you are my papa and you once loved me.
