I don’t think the evil queen is Regina or Snow

Regina may not have necessarily made peace with the Charmings. With Henry in danger, Regina and the Charmings may put aside their differences and work together in order to bring back Henry safe. There is too much history between Regina and the Charmings for them to forgive each other and make peace. However, they may be civil to one another for Henry’s sake.

I don’t see Regina redeeming herself in one episode. I think the flashbacks will be of Regina’s descent into true darkness whilst Storybrooke may feature the darkening of Snow’s heart.
