I have a theory about Regina and Lacy and the new curse

I think that in the promo of 312 when Belle/Lacy asks who cursed us, everyone is still cursed. and someone is trying to get the townspeople to believe that they are under a curse, but no one believes. but Lacy does believe in magic because of Regina

see, Regina gave her Lacy memories when everyone in SB had their real memories. so LACY witnessed Gold dealing with magic and she believed in magic because she’s seen it. so when she is cursed back to her Lacy self, she will believe whoever tells them that she and the whole town has been cursed!

It’s an interesting idea but I doubt it just because the idea of them all losing their memories is repetitive and A and E have promised a new type of storytelling
