I highly doubt it would be. I’ve always thought that Hook is Peter Pan. Especially when he talks about the Lost Boys as if they were his friends.

I have a sneaking suspicion your theory might turn out to be true. Red was not only Little Red Riding Hood, but the Big Bad Wolf as well. Rumpel also turned out to be the Beast. So, there’s a good chance that Hook might end up having dual roles.

Exactly!! The way he speaks of the lost boys is with affection not hate so he has to be one of them (or well was one of them)
plus he knew a lot about neverland before dropping the bean so he must have been there before,
they have very similar personalities and a lot of his expressions are very peter-esque

and the whole “Fair Fight” thing in QofH? Very Peter-esque

Yeah, now that I’m giving this more thought I guess the idea of Rumpel being Peter Pan was a really bad one.
