i agree with evil queen saying it might be both, flashbacks are henry coming to storybrooke, and in present day others or maybe some other charcter maybe neal? is coming to storybrooke

That’s a great idea – as you say, they could certainly do both by showing outsiders in the present and giving us the early days of Storybrooke in the flashback. I really want to see those early days!

I have a personal theory that the library was originally open but Regina closed it after she adopted Henry. I want to see if I might be right for a change!

I’d say the origin of Storybrooke and the book that Henry has. We may find out how both came to be.
