If Rumple killed the Blue Fairy, why is she in Storybrooke?

The Blue Fairy is the head nun, as evidenced in “Dreamy.” So now I’m thinking Rumple didn’t kill her, because if she did, she shouldn’t really be in Storybrooke.

Rumpel killed Cinderella’s fairy godmother, not the Blue Fairy. They are different fairies.
