ONCE - Once Upon a Time podcast
Reviews, theories, and talk about ABC's Once Upon a Time TV show

Vancity Filming is a great photographer of spoilers and behind-the-scenes stuff at Steveston. But they have requested that any site wishing to embed their photograph should ask permission first. We don’t have permission for our forum members to do that, so they see us in violation of their copyrights.
Please replace any embedded photos from Vancity Filming with links to his site with the photo (so it can be viewed on his website instead of ours), and help us find these photos by reporting others that you see.
In the future, please ask Vancity Filming’s permission before you repost their photo anywhere, and only link to them from ONCE podcast forums rather than embedding the photograph.
Thank you for your help!
If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
Important update
Vancity Filming has kindly granted us permission to embed one photo per set as long as we clearly attribute the photo, do not edit it, and link back to their website post that had the photo.
We’re grateful for Vancity Filming’s generosity.
I only link to photos.
Oh boy. That’s going to take awhile. They are all over the forums. I do mean…EVERYWHERE. I’ll start trying to tackle the ones in the spoiler section of 2×22.
Daniel: a thought
Instead of going through and taking down all of them (which is a ton) can we ask permission to keep the ones we already have up, up? And then ask permission each time we want to embed from here on out?
With the sudden increase in spoiler pics for the last couple of eps, I guess VanCity are probably feeling the pressure on their servers, so it’s fair enough if they want to reel in the embedding. Fans all over have been a tad ravenous with all the new, daily goodies we’ve been getting.
If I report a post, it’s not going to kick someone off the forums right? Cause I don’t want that to happen before I start reporting.
I just edited my posts by removing the pics and posting the links to the url where people can see them.
Just went through mine. I think I got them all, I had like 200+ pages of posts to check, but I know I didn’t embed anything back when I first joined. Sorry if we caused problems Daniel.
I posted a link to this thread on the CS thread. 😀
Hmm, I get that that can be a problem for them but I don’t think they can do much more than request that, they can’t demand it. First of all Daniel, you are not responsable for our posts (you could place a disclaimer of this on the site) and secondly I do think posting their picture falls under ‘fair use’.
So not saying we shouldn’t keep their request in mind (I mean we don’t want to break their site) but I am not sure if they can demand it.
