😆 😆 He is hot either way. True, true. Some people have a drastic change in hotness after they have some facial hair, like Colin. He is still attractive without it, but has a very dignified, almost boyish appeal. In contrast, when he has the scruff…man…waaay different type of gorgeousness.

I think I’m going to have to watch SGU. All the pics I see of RC from that show make him seem like some kind of sexy professor, although with six years of University in my past I never had a professor that looked like that. So glad I didn’t or I would never have been able to concentrate on my studies.
Beards in general, I usually prefer a bit of stubble, but there are some men who just cannot grow a proper beard or stubble no matter how hard they try. My dad looked absolutely horrible with any kind of facial hair, but his brother would look odd without his full mustache.
I think I’m the only one here that prefers Colin with no beard. Maybe I just have to be perverse. Here are my picks:
Colin: No beard
Charming: No beard

Women love a guy with a sense of humour and Rumple definitely has a sense of humour.

RC: No beard makes him enigmatic – pure Rumple. Everything else has him melting into whatever character role he is playing. I had no idea that was him in some of the movies shown here. wow!

I have to confess, as the season progressed and the more I think about it, Colin/Hook is the hottest looking guy on the show. This from an “old” woman who prefers men in my own age range. (fans herself – rapidly).Don't grow up. It's a trap.
Josh – clean-shaven
RC – pretty much anything, the man looks good
Colin – beard, definitely beard/scruff (he’s hardly recognizable without it and he looks SO good with it, oh so good)Also, totally forgot Raphael was on Charmed! Hardly recognized him with that goatee but he was great in that!

I get that Colin is attractive, but I feel there is some major defect in me. I’ve never got that rabid slavering that most of the other women in fandom have gotten for him. I guess everyone is different. He is very attractive, I know that, but he’s not at the top of my list if I were compiling one on the OUAT men. Maybe I just have very odd tastes.
What about Eion Bailey? August is one character I think looks much better with facial hair. He’s attractive without it, but much more so with it.

Yes, he is VERY attractive with the facial hair. I concur! I believe there was a discussion about him with facial hair, but it might have been in the Captain Swan thread. I mentioned how amazing he looks with facial hair there when I first started talking about the study lol.
