I have this very weird theory, that I know sounds crazy, but makes sense somewhat. First and foremost, I think Rumple not killing Henry is in the clear, as he’s not the boy to be his undoing, but it’s Peter Pan in my opinion, and the connection between Rumple and Peter is that Peter is actually Regina’s biological son that was stolen from her.
He is Daniel’s but Rumple saw it as interference in his plans, and we all know he holds a grudge against Cora for outsmarting in with Regina, so either Cora gave the baby to him, or he took it, and then gave it to Jefferson to drop off in Neverland where Peter grew up to hold a grudge against adults for thinking his parents gave him up, thus creating the Lost Boys.
We don’t know if Neverland’s time is accurate with EF or SB, and it would explain why Peter has a photo of Henry, and Wendy said it felt like days she was in Neverland, so time there may be so much faster than here or completely timeless which would explain why Bae was young when he was captured.
So he eventually heard of a rumor that his bio-mom Regina had a son, and went on a search to find said son Henry to see what’s so special about him that she kept him not knowing the truth. Which would explain why Adam and Eddy stated plenty of Regina for season 3 letting us know, that this entire situation boils down to Regina, Peter, and Rumple!

Timeline problem. Peter Pan exists long before Regina is even born. Bae was in NL at the age of 14 which is about 100+ years before Regina was born to Cora and Henry.

I’d love to find out that Regina has blood family she doesn’t know yet, but, like RG said, Peter Pan was alive long before she was even born; time travel would be required for that speculation to be remotely possible, but A & E already stated it won’t play a role in the show. In this context, we’re more likely to see Peter Pan be Hook’s father, big brother or uncle than be Regina’s son.

Personally, if I had to choose one character to be Regina’s blood relation I’d have it be Jefferson. I kinda like the idea of the Mad Hatter being this bastard son of the Queen of Hearts with some random, but likely important, guy who was abandoned by dearest mommy to preserve her social status. It’d be really fitting with the themes of the show for him to find out that he was screwed by both his mother and sister and it’d give a whole new, ironic meaning to Regina’s “You were right, Jefferson. You don’t abandon family.” in Hat Trick. 🙂

Yeah I’m sorry but I just don’t see PP being Regina’s son. I think he could be Rumple’s brother. I don’t think he’s anyone’s father because he’d have to do adult things ( although he is a teenager, and technically the actor is an adult), which goes against EVERYTHING PP, the boy who never grew up. That’s why he went to Neverland, so that he would NEVER have to grow up.

Time to hide your crazy, and start acting like a lady.
