Could it be possible that Rumple has some way of knowing that Neal is still alive. How else could he have know that Neal survived over 250 years? Maybe thats how they know to go searching for him.

Did the globe that Cora gave Rumple show our world BEFORE Rumple dropped his blood on to it? Because if it could show any world, Rumple could use it to find Bae again.

Great points! I have also long wondered how Rumple knew a mortal like Bae survived 250 years, since Rumple presumably thought Bae was in A A Land Without Magic for that entire duration, rather than NL. But, just maybe, Rumple knew Bae was in NL all along.

Maybe. But Rumple did express surprise at Bae being able to steer the JR in The Queen is Dead

Emma: The Jolly Roger instead of a car?

Mr. Gold: It’s the fastest vessel in all the realms.

Emma: Well, that’s great, but who’s going to captain it, since the only guy qualified wants you dead?

    Neal: I can do it.

    Mr. Gold: Bae.

So if Rumple knew Bae was in NL, then he didn’t know he was with Hook (assuming Bae stays with Hook for the entire time)

I don’t think so – there are too many interesting stories to be told about him still. I really like him, so I hope I’m right! 🙂

Nah I don’t think he’s really dead. He probably was sent to Neverland like everybody said and everybody will have to escape to Neverland to avoid the Destruction of Storybrooke

There is no chance he’s dead. You don’t kill characters off-screen on TV. If they wanted to really kill Neal, there’s no portal. They make Tamara shoot him, run away and then have him die in Emma’s arms.

The only possibility I see for this bullet killing Neal: If Emma goes through the portal in the season finale, goes to wherever Neal is, THEN he has the emotional death scene in her arms.

But I see it as straight forward. Neal lives and Swanfire together is the endgame. Season ends with a “Neal is alive!” scene where-ever he is. And the cliffhanger is he’s with Ariel or Lancelot or something

I will say this though, if I were Tamara, I would be scared out of my wits.

Yes, now that Tamara and Greg have angry Rumple, Regina and Emma hot on their heels, they had better watch out for magic being unleashed! Tamara deserves to go down for what she did, and Greg isn’t much better (though at least his anger is explained by Regina murdering his father).

Is it all that certain that Regina did murder his father? It seemed all he had to do was lift the leaves, et voila, skeleton. You’d think that was a pretty careless burial — and if Regina was still capable of speech, she was still capable of saying something just to mess with Greg’s mind.(g) Maybe at the last minute Greg discovers that Dad’s still alive? After all, there were quite a few doors in that hospital basement.(g)

I think it is pretty certain she did do that. Much as we are tempted to sympathize with Regina again and again, they do keep showing us how brutal and truly evil she actually is. She had the whole village killed in FTL just because they wouldn’t tattle on Snow.

So true and very wise. It is true in OUaT and in the real world.
