    Based on the spoiler pictures I've seen online..I think Neal has the mark of the Wraith on his hand. My guess is he switches places with Phillip.

    I'm not so sure that's the mark of the wraith. It could be his blood.

    Neil is not dead. Instead, the portal dumped him on the Millennium Falcon where he was healed and later, Yoda taught him become a Jedi knight. He then vanquished all the wraiths. Alas, he hooked up with Leia and got decked by Hans Solo who then sent him to another land without using a portal. The mystery is where did he end up after that?
