Zelena came to Oz from the EF via Twister. But there is no way that Twister was natural. Did someone cast it in order to get Zelena to Oz? Did she cast it herself, as a baby?

I don’t know. When Walsh showed Zelena her past (how did he do that if he’s not magic…) we see Cora put the baby down and then sorta run away. I still think Cora abandoned her.
