nah, toomanyships, if Rumple had anything to do with Cora, it would be BEFORE Belle. Judging from the fact that this girl hasn’t aged much since we first saw her and she spent maybe 2,3 years in the cell, she’s only been in Rumple’s life/heart for only a few years before the curse was cast.
And during all that time Cora was already in Wonderland, probably since Regina pushed her on the day of her wedding.
Adding up, the only time Cora and Rumple could “spark up” would be before all that, probably even as far as around the time Reggie was born or even before.
Some good 30 years before Belle appeared in his life and

some good 300 years since he was with Milah.I never said Rumple had a relationship with Cora. I just said that we shouldn’t worry about him remaining chaste, since he believed Belle to be dead. Meaning, he can have relationships with whomever he wants to, and we shouldn’t look down on him for “cheating” on Belle since he thought she was dead.
^Either way, I don’t think it matters. Cora was in Wonderland after Belle “died” and his main focus was on the curse, so I don’t think he had any other romantic relationships after that.
Is it weird that I think “Mr. Gold” might have had something with Ruby before he ever got his memories back. Just the way he stares at her in the Pilot and Eddy’s and Adam’s remarks on the commentary. I hope not because that would put an icky layer on Belle’s and Ruby’s friendship.
I’m really beginning to believe that Rumple and Cora when she was younger had a sexual relationship. Maybe when we get to the Miller’s Daughter story we’ll find out the real story.

^Um…no. I’m almost positive that Gold and Ruby didn’t have a “thing.” I think crack shippers are the only ones who see it. There hasn’t been anything hinting at the idea of Gold and Ruby having a fling.
