What leads me to believe the troll will be CGI is that Adam specifically said John was “the voice” of the troll.
I know, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the trolls will be CGI. Someone could play the physical body of the troll and he does the voice…… *TheWatcher just secretly really liked those trolls and wouldn’t mind seeing them again * 😛

Well, it might be for just 5 lines or so.
Aside that I fancy John Rhys-Davies (Gargoyles can celebrate 20th anniversary this year! And not to forget on the list, he played Da Vinci on Voyager – no geek adventure show is complete without him), just had the thought, it could as well have been funny to cast William Shatner as voice of a troll. Just saying.

Keeper of FelixMaybe there is a difference between “rock trolls” and the trolls on the bridge. Like how dogs breeds are different. Maybe there are different breads of trolls. 😉
I have to say I adore his voice. He has that polished, proper English accent.
