I know we’re all hoping for Blue and Tink to know each other, but what if that’s not the connection that’s hinted at here? If it’s not Blue, who else could Tink be connected to from the main cast?

Captain Hook or Bae are the most obvious candidates. After all, they spent a lot of time in NL. Also, both Colin and MRJ have been made into S3 regulars.
Pinocchio/August is also a potential candidate. If Tinker Bell can travel between NL and our world, then it’s possible she persuaded August to bring baby Henry to SB. Even though he’s not a ‘regular’ anymore, I could see adult August making another guest appearance in a S3 flashback when we learn about how Mr. Gold procured baby Henry.

Snow is also a possibility because of the evil fairy who gave her the magic dust waaaaaay back in “Snow Falls.” That hasn’t been answered yet.
Rumple is a possibility because he already has some connection to PP.
Hook and Bae are the most obvious, like Slurpeez says. I like the Pinocchio idea, especially if Pinocchio spent time in NL (lots of subtle hints that NL is Pleasure Island).

He did say that a fairy told him all about Rumple and his dagger. At the time I was sure it was Blue, but she didn’t remember, so it can’t be, so Tink is another option. Unless he was just being snarky.
I’d expect to see both Hook and Bae encounter Tink at some point in NL, so that wouldn’t really be a “surprising” connection.
My fave theory so far is Snow and the bad fairy dust. Casual viewers have probably forgotten all about that fairy dust by now, so it’d “surprise” a lot of people if they brought it back in this way.

Hook, isn’t listed as a Regular so I am betting on Bae. They did this thing with Snow and her nanny too. Or like I say Rumble, that Wand that Robin Hood stolen was Tinkerbell’s not the Fairy that he killed.

And regular can refer to a main star or a regular guest star.
