She is not yet the EQ in the pic with Tink. This is the moment she became the EQ…

…and the pic with Tink came before that. The article may have used “Evil Queen” as a general way to address her character. Or perhaps we’ll see her continuing to interact with Tink after she becomes the EQ. Maybe they kept in touch even after Tink went to NL, and that’s the reason that EQ Regina already knew all about Hook when he showed up at her castle. But the pic proves that Regina first knew Tink before she became the EQ, possibly before she began to learn any magic at all.

Yeah, Regina becomes Queen after she marries Leo but she doesn’t become the Evil Queen until she first takes a heart and kills the Esmerlda look a-like and then she embraces that title after the events of “The Evil Queen” when she fails to kill Snow in the woods.

Guys, I am so excited for Tinkerbell! The look of her for OUAT is exactly as I imagined. Glad they got the classic green colors that Disney Tink wears.

Ok, this remains me or Regina with Belle talking with Belle on the road after Rumble let her go to get some wool. What if Regina is doing the same think with Tink, maybe Tink likes either Hook, or PP but can’t decide. The unjust the Tink is thinking about is Hook not picking her perhaps?

I think Tink does not meet either of them until after she gets to NL and I doubt she has a romantic relationship with either. Regina is carefree and young, not dark and manipulative here.

Actually she is dark she knows magic already, the photo shows them in FL not in NL. Regina needed something from Tink and is trying to be Tink’s friend like she was trying to be Belle’s friend.
