We’ve seen the episode already, and here are six spoiler teases (while not being flat out spoilers) that you should have to look forward to:
1. The Cora/Rumplestiltskin dynamic is expanded upon. Earlier episodes of the show had hinted at a past between the two, including some kissing… so what was going on there? That backstory – which is partly shown in the preview images – is explored.
2. Pay close attention in the flashbacks. I didn’t catch it the first time around, but as per usual with Once Upon A Time, characters are more connected than I could have ever imagined. Cora might not be the only character we see a younger version of.
3. It’s kind of hard to love someone if you don’t have a heart. I’m just leaving that one there.
4. Rumbelle. There is a present-day Rumplestiltskin/Belle scene. How does it fit in? Tune in Sunday night to see!
5. Magic corrupts. Rumple’s instruction for how magic works makes me worry about what might happen if Emma uses it too often.
6. Some fantastic performances. Lana Parrilla, Barbara Hershey, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Robert Carlyle in particular get some fantastic moments this time around. I’m a little lukewarm on Rose McGowan as the younger Cora… while she does a good job, it’s really hard to live up to the 100% perfection at playing Cora that is Barbara Hershey. I’m also happy to report that some aftermath of Emma’s discovery about Neal is talked about in this episode and not simply swept under the carpet.

This has to be about Regina having the revelation that her mother doesn’t really love her, right? Please let it be, coz girlfriend needs to get a clue STAT.

After seeing the sneak peek of Cora and Rumple, I believe Cora was in love with Rumple, and though he was “smitten” with her, he didn’t love her in return.

I think the other person we see a much younger version of is baby Regina, whom Cora originally traded away to Rumple if he’d teach her to spin straw into gold.

Yeah, I think “heartless” could have two meanings here: Cora is both literally and figuratively without a heart, and Regina finally realizes that Cora never loved her. Perhaps Cora ripped out her own heart after Rumple broke it 💡

We already saw this beautifully written, exquisite scene.
5. Magic corrupts. Rumple’s instruction for how magic works makes me worry about what might happen if Emma uses it too often.
Maybe we’ll see how Cora first learned magic, which we already know from a previous spoiler, has something to do with emotion.6. Some fantastic performances. I’m also glad to learn Emma akss Baelfire about his engagement. I want to know so much more. I’m thinking she’s also Tinker Bell.

I think this is Eva and Regina. They didn’t actually say Eva’s name in The Queen is Dead, so some may not catch it.
3. It’s kind of hard to love someone if you don’t have a heart. I’m just leaving that one there.
Several meanings. Regina will learn that Cora never loved her. Also, I still maintain that it was Rumple who’s heart will be broken.

Thank GOD. I’m interested to see what Neal says. I realllllly want to know when he and Tamara met. I hope he tells her how long he waited for her. :-/
