Took my grandson and his cousin to see KUBO AND the two stings. It is a Japanese fairytale. The animation was lovely and it was so nice to see a movie fairytale I have never heard of before. I and the kids was totally engaged and enthralled by the film. I recommend it to everyone here at the ONCE FORUM.
I do think younger children ( less than 8 years old) might not be able to follow the story as the plot was involved.
