I can see this as a possibliity. She seems attracted to the dark side (“bad boys”).
Because she kept saying people are afraid of you, I wonder if her end game as Lacey is to get with Mr Gold because of his power and control. I assume she has found out that he has money, too. She wants Mr Gold to be her “sugar daddy”. Support her barfly way of life– drinking and no one messing with her. This supports a wild idea I had in the weeks waiting for “Lacey” to air; if Regina can make a personality of her choice for Belle, why not give her Rumplestiltskins’ personality? That would just be the ultimate FU to both Belle and Rumple. ‘That guy you say you’ll never give up on? Here’s what he’s really like’. Does this work? If you were to make a list of personality traits (not manerisims) of FTL Rumple, could the same list be applied to Lacey?

Having rewatched the episode, I think Keith is being more opportunistic rather than deliberately trying to take advantage of Belle. He was trying his luck with her and it seemed to be working, and maybe part of him knew she wasn’t really herself? His “I’ve had my eye on you for a while” comment is a little weird if he hadn’t seen her since his encounter with her and Rumple in FTL. Lacey hadn’t even existed until very recently.
