I’m going to rant a little, so beware ^^
Oh and I don’t want to upset anyone, really, so don’t take this too at heart, okay?
Here I go.
I think I’m almost done with the show, alas. Too much is too much. That episode nailed it for me and even if I’m going to watch the last episodes, there probably won’t be a next season for me.
First, now I’m totally grossed out by Rumpel. He is a monster. He was in FTL and he still is. Slight sparkle of goodness or not. He licked him back in first season, mind you, and even in the start of this season. Now I just don’t care for him anymore. And, at least for me, this second season became the Gold/Rumpel show pretty much. Even if I loved him, too much Gold kill the Gold… And what he done to Robin and the sheriff in Storybrook. Seriously, Rumpel, seriously? And that Belle or Lacey or whatever her name is now, seems to love him for that?? It’s Belle for God sake, false memory or not, it’s Belle heart inside as far as I know. What the writers have made of her… it’s sickening. No other words.
So that “man” is no better than Regina, I knew it off course, but still, it’s a little disappointment. He can’t be good and stay good no matter what. Worst, he need someone to stay a good person, he can’t do this all by himself. Sorry but for me that made him a poor poor sad weak dude. Ok, I get that because he IS a monster, he is the Dark One. Original Rumpel was without a doubt a nice guy, he was weak and a coward, but a good person. Now that man is dead. He has retained memory of Rumpel, and the name, but he isn’t Rumpel anymore. But still. I’m done with him.
And I’m pretty done with the show, unless a miracle happens. But we know miracles don’t exist, right?
Too bad, that show was so promising though. But it lost it more and more with each passing episodes.
Here, I finished my ranting, you can come back you all
