Did you notice Belle echoes the same line we hear Lacey say in the promo in a completely different tone?

So again does this mean that Robin Hood is in Storybrook too as well as Maid Merian? Why would Regina bring the Sheriff over in the curse?

If Robin and Marian were in FTL and not in the Cora bubble then they would have come over. Same with Sheriff. I think they might be because know Robin is going to be around for the rest of the season.

I really don’t like the Sheriff. He’s a bit of a sleeze.

If Robin Hood is in Storybrooke, then I think he ultimately ended up in the mental ward like Belle did.

Keeper of Tamara's death, Cyrus's bottle, Ariel's red hair, and the mermaid that got turned into a statue in the season 3 premiere episode.

maybe he was in the end held captive by the queen too? I’d say it was highly unlikely though.. I’m not sure about what to think of him in sb.
