I was thinking the same thing. It was in the pilot.

I don’t think “For Good” was an intentional reference to the song in Wicked, as the song has a completely different connotation.
My impression was that Emma was referring to the fact that there has been some discussion on leaving Storybrooke.
I’m also glad to see Regina finally put the pieces together about Neal.

i don’t think Emma has any plans of leaving SB for the other parts of our world. She won’t leave Snow and Charming and if they went with her they’d forget who they are. I think Regina is being paranoid.
