It seems strange to me that Regina made lasagne. I have only made lasagne once, and it took a very long time. Hours, in fact. So, we see them walking in the door, she tricks him into staying, and then jump to them finishing up dinner. What did David do while she cooked the noodles, browned the meat, etc. and then put it in the oven to bake for an hour. I know….weird observation. I just felt like it seems like it would have been an awkward few hours.

Maybe she made lasagne the way I do, Stouffer’s frozen. 😀 But even that takes over an hour.

I have no idea. That wasn’t a good dish to pretend for her to make. Evidently, the writers are not that experienced at cooking. I could understand a quick spaghetti, but never lasagne.

Good catch. Lasagne does take awhile to make. Of course, it was well past dark by the time David left compared to when he helped Regina with the groceries.

Too funny. I thought the same thing? And she said she was going to make it. I didn’t get the impression it was already made.

You know, for some reason even the thought of the Evil Queen standing in the kitchen and making lasagne seems funny. “Uh oh, I think some of my very alcoholic apple cider fell into it. Ah, whatever, that’ll make him more open to my advances.”

The thought or Regina doing anything like that seems bizarre. Maybe it is like Mr and Mrs Smith where Regina has a caterer and sneaks the food in every day. Maybe Regina already had the lasagne fully assembled and just had to cook it.
