Magic Kingdom Once Theory

So I’ve been holding my little theory to myself all this time, and after getting some positive feedback on it last night in the chat, I have the confidence to share ^.^ Lets Begin:

My theory is about who is stealing the magic and why we have fairy tales in our in land for centuries even tho they happened recently in Once-verse.

1.) The Magic Kingdom

I believe there is a magic kingdom. Not a Disney-Land type sort but The TRUE magic kingdom, the place where magic has originated from, perhaps even the place where all other lands were created.  This land is controlled by a very powerful magician. One who we know by name in the Land WithoutMagic: Mickey Mouse!

But Mickey is no cartoon talking mouse. He is a very powerful and ruthless sorcerer, once just an apprentice himself, who now is equipped with immense seer abilities capable of seeing the future in other lands. He came to our land long ago, telling us what would come to pass in the future of different lands in the forms of stories and fairytales. Think about it.

Mostly in Once, we’ve only seen the Disney versions of the fairytales.  The Characters are very similar.

 

Anyway, so what’s that gotta do with anything, eh? Well according to Pan, magic is dying. I don’t think this is  true. I think magic is being taken away BECAUSE its in danger of dying. Its being syphoned back to the place where it came. Why? Because needs the Magic Kingdom is composed of magic which is composed by belief. Mickey came here in the first place to tell us stories so that children would believe fairytales were real. We now know that magic runs on belief and now that people aren’t believing anymore the magic is becoming weaker, and The Magic Kingdom itself is suffering. So Mickey is gathering all the magic from every land for himself to keep his world afloat.

This is actually very similar to the plot of The Kingdom Keepers, a Disney made book where the Disney villians come to life due the belief  and wishes being made at the Magic Kingdom.

Well that’s it >> It sounded a lot less-crack in the chat last night.

Hmmm. We stopped believing so we not longer the magic.

Like I said last night, I think this is an interesting (not so crackish!) theory!

Came up with something in Chat:

– Remember the Fiery Room? David broke a whole in the floor in order to GET  to the fiery room. WHAT IF The room is how we have stories in our land?? People go there, maybe in dreams, maybe in comas (which is im sure a magic-less version of the sleeping curse in Our Land 😛 ) and they see what will happen in other lands? We don’t know what else is in that place… There are obviously more than one room..

Of course, to go along with my theory, this place is a place in the Magic Kingdom Land :p
