RegalMirror?
MirrorQueen?
QueenGenie?
Sydnia?
Regney?
Sidney as Regina’s love interest could work even if it is just random appearances. At the moment, Regina is in no place for romance emotionally and Neverland is going to take up a big part of season 3 so they’ve not really got chance to set up a plausible relationship with a new character (unless RegalCat is actually a possibility but doubt it)
Sidney has seen Regina at her worst and still loves her. Regina would still be resistant to the romance but the foundation is there. Plus I don’t think they would throw Regina in the deep end of a romance plot just yet.

Keeper of FelixAs far as Belle and Sidney go, I’d love to say they have brotp potential (BeautyMirror?), but seeing Giancarlo say he “still is very much in love with the Queen” makes me think that if he gets out of the dungeon, and discovers Regina is gone, he’s not gonna wanna work with Belle if she’s attempting to run SB in Regina’s place. If he could get past that blind love he has for her, he could see that he and Belle have some stuff in common they could bond over. But if he’s still devoted to Regina, then Belle is just the Dark One’s girlfriend who Regina used to hold prisoner, and how dare she be running around SB free as a bird, trying to take Regina’s place, while she’s off God knows where in some kind of danger.
I think Sidney may get on with Belle. He might not have agreed with what Regina was doing. In Hat Trick, he told Regina that she could have at least let Grace have the toy.

He loves her evil, though. She gives into that and falls in love with him in return and all hope of redemption for her is gone. It’d be a similar dynamic to Rumple and Lacey, (or Cora).

Even after Sydney realized that Regina had tricked him into killing Leopold, he still wanted to stay with her. I think he accepts her no matter what.
It is curiously a…dare I say it, mirror of Belle and Rumpel?

Sidney fell in love with Regina when she was putting on the “poor me” routine before Leopold’s murder. It’s what inspired him to kill Leopold for her. Though he stuck by her whilst she was being evil, it wasn’t the evil side he fell in love with.

Keeper of FelixGood point POM, it was the glimmer of her longing for love, that he saw as matching his own ache to experience love.
