So how did Nealfire get that mark?? I’m not going to say Rumple because I refuse to believe that Rumple would send the Wraith after his grandson or his son. If Aurora, Mulan and Philip are in SB, and brought there by the medallion, then it’s possible the three of them had a run in with Tamara. The medallion is something she’d want to get her hands on; it’s magical and it means she could control a really powerful creature. I get the sense that her agenda is driven by revenge for something.
RG I agree although if Tamara wants revenge the question then needs to be asked why does she want revenge on the people of Storybrooke and for whom ? Because I seriously doubt that she wants revenge just for Greg(Owen).
I can definitely see Tamara going after Henry

Tamara = Mombi, the wicked witch of the south, who was defeated and deposed by Glinda and who got screwed out of her magic when she was exiled from Oz (I think in the Oz books she was turned into a rose and/or then exiled to the Nome kingdom but whatevs).
Maybe that is way she is trying to get magic ❓
I think all the theories about Tamara are still up for debate. She really could be anyone at this point. But, for me, the fact that they are introducing two major characters (Robin and Marian, whom everyone knows at least through the Disney movie and the hundreds of adaptations of their story) so late in the season and in the episode after they showed us that Tamara is up to no good…means they need to be connected or else the Robin/Marian storyline makes no sense at this point in the season. The fact that Robin is stealing magic from Rumple and that Tamara is stealing magic as well would also indicate that they are linked.

I did these 2 screencaps from 2×01 Broken the first one is Regina’s hand that was marked by Rumple’s medallion the second one is Prince Phllip’s hand that was marked by the medallion that he cut off of the wraith.
What I want to go back and check is the back of their hands, (not their palms), to see if they used the same makeup effect through their fingers. If they did, then it’ll be pretty obvious it’s the same thing. But just looking at the back of Neal’s hand alone isn’t conclusive enough IMO.
I agree with Phee. How would Neal even be marked by the medallion if Aurora has it in the EF? I believe she has the one and only medallion (I wrote why I think there is only one in the 2×22 spoilers thread), and she’ll use it to somehow save Philip’s soul and reunite it with his body in the EF. Perhaps Neal ends up in the EF, but his soul was never sucked by the Wraith.

It could be blood, a shadow, or maybe his hand is somehow marked once Neal is in the EF (if he indeed is). There isn’t much to go on yet.

I found two screencaps showing Regina’s and Philip’s hands after they were marked, and you can clearly see the back of their hands :
I don’t think it’s the same makeup effect…to be honest, I don’t think Regina and Philip have makeup on their hands.

It sure looks like the mark of the wraith on Neal’s hand to me! But if it is, the question is: how?!
It does look like *something* unsettling happens to Bae as he has not been filming with the rest of the cast. He was separated somehow.
Boy, all these teasers about the finale are enough to drive one mad- what on earth is going on?!
