The whole MAP/FTL/NL connection is still confusing and I’m not sure how it’s going to work out but I think that if we’re spending most of S3 in NL learning about Hook, the Lost Boys and Pan (and Nealfire if he was Pan at some point and a Lost Boy at the least) then it would make more sense to have Neal in NL so they could parallel the two tales.

Yeah I know, I’ve just always envisioned the place where the souls get sent to be more of an in between, spiritual plane sort of world, instead of a physical world like NL. Souls aren’t a physical thing, so I never imagined they’d be sent to a physical realm. So for now, I’m thinking that beach scene is somewhere they go in FTL after they’ve brought Phillip’s soul back and revived his body.
