Hook is still trapped in another realm, unable to get home to SB and Emma. How do you think he’ll manage to get home–Kraken’s Blood? Bean? Heretofore unmentioned portal/plot device?

And once he does get home, should Emma/Charming et al forgive him right away? Is there still more atonement to make?

The amount of ways to get to the land without magic is now officially ridiculous.  Not that it wasn’t ridiculous before but really show, just STOP.

And once he does get home, should Emma/Charming et al forgive him right away? Is there still more atonement to make?

Emma has already forgiven him so nope no atonement needed there.  Charming hopefully will need some more convincing.  If the writers are smart and they want us to like Hook then they need him to do atonement.  The problem is I don’t think the writers have any desire to change our decision on Hook.  They know that there is a large population of the show that likes him and will never find fault with him.  I mean look at this episode, we have Hook who is acting like a complete jerk yelling, screaming, making decisions for other people and not apologizing to anyone for his behavior.  Hook fans will simply say well he is upset, but the rest of us (at least I) see him acting like a pirate who cares about no one but himself.

Kraken’s blood that is combined with squid ink, blended with a bean, before being tapped and poked by the Apprentice’s wand. Then you kill the Kraken’s true love and add its heart to the soup.

    Obviously.

It should be fairly simple to get back to SB since it has magic. But I guess plot.

Charming hopefully will need some more convincing.

Charming will look at Hook one time and say something along the lines of “I know it was hard for you to tell me, and you didn’t know it was my father, and its in the past now… So I forgive you.” and that will be the end of that.

The problem is I don’t think the writers have any desire to change our decision on Hook. They know that there is a large population of the show that likes him and will never find fault with him.

My thoughts exactly. They aren’t even trying. And the Hook/CS fan base probably wont care. This was a really terrible episode for both Hook AND Emma in my opinion. They were both unbearable.

I totally heard that in Professor Farnsworth’s voice.

So in all seriousness, I’m going to try and offer up a theory to this mess.

So if Hook ends up in Neverland, that’s where I expect we will meet Tiger Lilly.  And since Pan is no longer there, someone had to have taken over as the leader of Neverland.  My guess is it’s her.  And he’s going to make a deal with her, do something in return, or he owes her something and that’s how he’s going to get out of Neverland and return back to Storybrooke.
