Malificent.

We have all been so excited about Cora and Regina and Rumple, we forgot about Malificent. When asked whether or not she was dead, the writers said “We didnt see a body”. SO… Im sure shes there, and is just waiting for her chance to raise some hell. Do you think she will be in this season? Or do you think it would make a great arc for next season?

I heard or read a rumor that season 3 would show more of Aurora and Phillip’s backstory, and thus probably Mallie’s too.
If she’s alive in SB; I would hope so because she’s one of my favorites. But I wonder how they would explain her absence since the finale of season one. Maybe someone will resurrect her in the future or something like that.
I think the writers are focusing on other things for this season so we probably wont see Mallie this season at least.
But when we do, I hope Kristin Bauer van Straten returns to play her.

I have no hopes for resurrecting Maleficent – dead is dead and it would be nice if the writers at least did stick to one rule on this show.
However, I don’t know what to think about Maleficent being dead – was she really killed by Emma or did it actually set her free?

I think we’ll definitely see Maleficent in flashbacks. As for present day Storybrooke, I don’t know. We’ve already got Rumple, Regina, Cora and Blue fairy, do we really need another magic user added to the mix?

EQ: Dead is dead yes, but Frankenwhale resurrected his brother and Cora had her zombie army so the rules don’t always apply. Maybe only Dragon-Mallie died and Mallie-Mallie will return, but maybe she wont be able to transform into a dragon?

Hellraiser, Maleficent isn’t dead. During one of the podcasts and again in several interviews, K&H were asked about that. Their reply was “I didn’t see a body did you?”. So have faith, we’ll be seeing her again at some point. 😀
