Snow being Mayor is only temporary. We’ve seen how protective she is of her baby and I think later on as the Big Bad comes she will have more focus on her child than being mayor. Already we’ve seen her stressed out and struggling, eventually this is going to accumulate and Regina will become mayor again. Also and what would be nice is if the other towns people realised that it would be better to have Regina as mayor and she comes back.

Snow is maybe not the smartest woman in town, but still think she is not as dumb and somewhat self-absorbed as she’s been made look in the past season. I miss the witty, assertive bandit Snow from season 1. So, bring her back – that woman was ready to be a leader, she was a leader.

WICKED REGAL ……   Now that that’s out of my system….I think Snow is only temporary mayor until Regina comes around. It parallels Anna having to come in charge when Elsa went into isolation so around 2×11 when the Frozen Arc ends, I predict that Regina becomes mayor again as Snow will be more focused on being a mother to her second born, and actually take time off work to focus on motherhood.

SNOW does not have magic to help get things done… the town had been powered by magic prior to this …. anything needed by the town was supplied by magic. Apparently there was no / little contact with the outside world. So yes I see SNOW having problems with running the town. Especially if she lets the dwarfs have votes and veto power.

That’s just totally downplaying this woman’s job….like really???????

Regina was Mayor for 28 years…and it only felt like it was the same day over and over again! With Grumpy as the town drunk, there’s no telling what damage was caused on a daily basis. Between constant meetings, and dealing with all that paper work to ensure that her town was running well(and from the looks of it, it was running really well)!

The ballgame changed when the curse broke, and Regina did initially step down as Mayor as the citizens respected, but NO one stepped in to take her place, which probably nearly tore Storybrooke’s foundation apart. Therefore despite all the scorn and disdain, Regina stepped back in as Mayor to continue running her town even though she was under constant pressure from the town! That’s a woman dedicated to her job…

As already stated, I think this is just for the Frozen Arc to parallel Elsa leaving her kingdom, and Ana stepping up in her place. So Mayor White will just be a temporary thing that’ll end around 4×11….
