I hope Once Upon A Time gives Killian Jones / Captain Hook a prosthetic hand. Things like that really do exist now, and aren’t just science fiction. They even make them like robotic hands now, and there are gloves that look like real hands to cover them up with.

It can be kind of hard to go through life with a hook for everything. If they gave Hook a prosthetic hand, Colin O’Donoghue could do a lot of filming with his own hand. It’d just be assumed knowledge that he has a prosthetic hand, and nobody would know the difference until they show the prosthetic “doing it’s thing” on tv.

Here’s a link to the info Wikipedia has about mechanical prosthetic hands. This is really cool! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosthesis

This reminds me of Luke Skywalker from Star Wars.

Would honestly be disappointed if Hook ever did not have a hook..

Hook wouldn’t be Hook without the hook.

Why doesn’t he asked Cora to give him a new hand?

Mr. Gold gave Dr. Whale a new arm can’t see why Cora can’t do the same for old Hook.

I wonder if the contingency is that the body part must be present to reattach it. Did Rumple keep the hand? I don’t remember. If it is the in the shop Hook could steal it and Cora reattach it stating that he would be able to better serve her. Though Hook is Hook because of his hook

That’s a good question. My guess would be no, but Hook doesn’t have to have a Hook to be Hook, It could be like the bald guy called Curly kind of thing.

Rumpel kept the hand, so I’m not sure Cora would be able to grow him a new one. Rumpel only reattached Whale’s arm, he didn’t grow a new one for him. But if the hook ever got replaced, we’d have to start calling him either “Killian” or “Prosthetic Hand”.

Captain Prosthetic Hand just doesn’t have the same ring to it.

    😆 😆 No, it doesn’t. It doesn’t.

On Dr. Whale, he carried his hand in an icebox so Gold could re-attach it so I’m sticking with the the other limb has to be present in order to be re-attached.
