Hmmm…I’m inclined to think already in SB. With a 4 ep minimum and storyline with Belle already confirmed, you’d think he’d have to already be wherever she is for said story to play out.
His casting call had implied he’d be in ep1, but unless he snuck into Vancouver and has already shot something before they announced his casting, he won’t be in ep1.
According to this, they are filming episode 301 right now

So, I think RH will be in 301 and then not again until 304 when I think Belle and SB reappears. Then two more episodes after that.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"But didn’t Adam strike down the rumor that Belle wouldn’t appear in the first few episodes? I know Storybrooke isn’t going to be featured, but he seemed adamant in tweets that she was going to on the show and to just watch.

They’d likely be done shooting whatever the first ep was by now, wouldn’t they? Would suggest that they did indeed shoot ep2 first? Especially if MAP are only just now back in town, and CC interviews said that ep1 would be showing both NL and FTL.
They big rumor was that Belle wasn’t going to be in ANY episodes until 5 or 6 but he has said many times that she will be in at least one episode before then. But I doubt she will be in every episode. So I think we will see her in 301 (and probably RH if briefly) and then we won’t see them again until 304 (and probably briefly then) and then there will be two more episodes of Belle and RH, one which will probably be almost exclusively SB and Belle and then another which will feature SB and Belle but not solely focused on them.

I think they did shoot 302 first. And now EdR is in Vancouver along with MAP, they can do 301 which will be all lands and characters even if FTL and SB are minimal.

He said “way before” ep 5. Which doesn’t indicate how much we’ll be seeing of her, just that she’ll at least appear in an early ep. They also said at CC that the beginning of the season would focus on the NL crew, and SB would tie in a bit later.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I’m just glad to hear a little more about what’s going to happen with Belle in Storybrooke as they have said very little about her story arc so far and the curiosity is driving me mad! So now we know that Robin Hood will be involved- interesting!
Will be interesting to see how Belle and RH relate to each other in SB. Obviously he’s gonna remember her as the girl who set him free from Rumple, so he knows she’s a goodie. But I’m guessing word has got around town that Rumbelle are a thing, which RH would probably think she’s nuts for, so he may question her judgement if she tries to step up and take some charge in town. I do hope they end up working together though.
