I still suspect that there are agents of THO inside SB, as in they came over with the Curse. The spread of THO seems pretty far so it wouldn’t be outlandish to think they had someone working for them who came from a different land, either FTL or another (*cough* Whale *cough*)

If Whale was working with the home office, FrankenWolf would’ve been a brilliant plot point. His feelings for someone magical (Ruby) would contradict with his feelings about science and the HO’s agenda.

I think what Rumble meant in protecting the town has nothing to do with the Home Office, that just deals with NL. I think he is implying other bad guys perhaps like the sheriff coming to town. Why would leave Belle if he knew she would be in real danger that is why he gave her the protection spell.

Whose knows maybe King George gets out if we hadn’t seen that deleted scene we would never had known where he was.

Agreed. And they can still allude to FrankenWolf and Meghan will be making an some appearances, though I don’t know when. But if they did it strategically enough they could still make FW happen and have Whale be conflicted.

ok, here is the deal the “Home Office” will be revealed in NL. That Home Office thing will be completed story line. We will have new villains if any in SB nothing relating to the HO in my opinion. They ran with the HO thing to get PP to NL, nothing more or less next stop will be OZ and we get to see a new villain again nothing with the HO.

I really doubt that there is anyone left over on the Home Office thing. If there was I am sure Rumble would have stopped it in SB that is an old story line do you honestly think Rumble would have left Belle in danger if he knew that there was someone in town from PP?

Maybe RR saves Belle from getting hit by a car or something doesn’t really have to mean someone took her and tried to kill her.

They could still do that even without him being an actual agent for THO. They’d already established him as someone who considered himself to be above magic. Then the werewolf girl saved his life. Urgh, it bums me out to think of where they could have been heading with FrankenWolf. It would have been some great character development for them both. Hopefully they can still show some of that if they can get Meghan back for a couple of eps later in the season, and we can get some juicy conflict within Victor if he’s torn between the side of magic and the side of science.

Because that’s what Belle needs–to be kidnapped again. 😀

But she does it so well! 😆

If they bring back Meghan really strategically and if they somehow show Whale falling in love and changing, which they could try to accomplish through dialogue, then FrankenWolf could played out, if to a lesser extent than some wanted.

I think Robin Hood might help Belle find a way to communicate with Rumple in NL. RH is indebted to her for convincing Rumple to spare his life. Another possibility is that Robin Hood will help Belle figure out how to cast the cloaking spell using the fairy wand from Rumple’s shop. RH has experience using the wand from when he used it to save Marian and his unborn child. I just don’t want Belle to become another victim of another hostage situation.

I don’t either. I’m tired of Belle being kidnapped and I really don’t want someone coming to her rescue. That doesn’t build Belle’s character. It reinforces the idea that Belle can’t take care of herself and must always be rescued and that episodes like “The Outsider” where she was every bit as strong as our other ladies was just a one off.
