ParticipantShe forgives the woman who framed her for murderer (though Regina didn’t ask for forgiveness and will no doubt try again to hurt MM) , yet she doesn’t forgive David, who did ask for forgivess and probably will never betray her again. Did MM make the right decisions here?

KeymasterWow. Good point! It’s like Mary Margaret forgave the guilty but won’t forgive the innocent.
Then again, maybe we’re going to see some incredible scene between David and MM. Two episodes left!

ParticipantI don’t know. Mary doesn’t care about Regina, so it is a lot hard for Regina to hurt her, but Mary thought David loved her, she still thinks he loved her, and yet he didn’t trust her. It hurts a lot more when someone you know and care about does something to you then someone who doesn’t.

ParticipantShe was Snow White in that scene. With David, she wasn’t–she was just Mary Margaret. But things are moving along now and Snow’s starting to peep through. Maybe she will forgive him and the townspeople now, in the same way. That’d be great!

ParticipantPrince James: I will always find her. I will always fight for her, no matter what comes between us.
I think that David is going to have to become Prince Charming before Mary Margaret will will become Snow White. Prince Charming is going to have to find her.

Indeed! There’s a whole other level of betrayal she’s gotta get over before she forgives David.
I liked that MM’s speech had a similar feel to the letter SW wrote to EQ.

ParticipantI actually felt like Mary was very Snow like in both the conversation with David in Ep 19 and the conversation with Regina in Ep 20. She felt very much herself to me.

ParticipantIt’s much more difficult to forgive someone who is close to you because you have expectations for them. But I think what MM said to Regina is very powerful and right to the point. It shows how miserable Regina’s life is. I nearly pity Regina.

Agree. On the other hand, David is so not like Charming. I feel MM/Snow is more man to me.

KeymasterI agree. She is slowly becoming the Snow we met in “Snow Falls” with her awesomeness. I really loved the scene between MM and Regina. It was the perfect comeback; MM could have really laid into Regina (and been in the right) but she forgives her. AND it’s ironic since this whole situation of SB/FTL/displaced story characters is because Regina could not forgive a 10yr old SW for trying to help Regina and Daniel, but SW can forgive Regina for trying to frame her for murder.
