Just because SOMEBODY had to make it. Note, this is just for fun, nor do I take this ship seriously for obvious reasons. In all seriousness, I do feel bad for Emma. Emma seemed to have had possibly the best year of her life living in NYC and Henry, and Walsh seemed like a rather ok guy (outside of secretly being a Flying Monkey hired to keep Emma in NYC). If it means anything, I still liked him a whole lot better than Tamara. Anyway, share your thoughts on possibly the weirdest Emma ship ever. I will not be surprised if some fan art emerges.
[adrotate group="5"]In the book, the wicked Witch of the West enslaved and controlled the winged monkeys with a golden cap. Maybe Walsh is really an okay guy but he’s being controlled by the witch. So by the end the enchantment over him is lifted and he’s a nice man once again. 😉

ok, so when Walsh and Emma are on their date, they talk over a science fair volcano that Walsh helped Henry to make. What I would rather have had for this conversation: Hey Walsh, thanks for helping Henry with his primates research project.
Anyways if Walsh appears again and quickly reforms being a cursed flying monkey then why not? If we can ship Emma with wooden puppet men why not flying monkeys? Ship equality peace.

Since Emma has trust issues, Walsh must have been a nice, decent guy in order for Emma to fall for him and think he would be a good father figure for Henry. I hope Walsh wasn’t faking everything about their relationship.
If Walsh was lying at the beginning of their relationship, you’d think Emma’s superpower would have gone off before she became emotionally attached to him.

I agree–seriously, though I will crack ship it prim(ate)arily….. I do kind of have to say that if we’re saying evil queens, guys cursed into inhuman imp forms and were-wolves can find love in this show, then a guy who turned into an Evil Monkey (or vice versa) isn’t too far behind and why the banana not?
Let’s hope for the “softer side” (is that a banana mush?) of Walsh to be revealed soon so he can be reformed. If not, let’s hope for Monkey Island easter eggs (there were pirates on Monkey Island….they have to go there!)

Yep, I like it. I prefer WizardSwan as the name. It makes it sound less…monkey.

So Emma was actually dating the Wizard of OZ. That’s much better then just a flying monkey. It improves Emma’s taste in men a bit more. Wait until the gang finds out about this development. :o)

Now that Neal is dead I may jump to the crack wizard swan ship. i doubt we will see much more of human wAlsh in present but we could. Also how long ago Kansas was Walsh a magician? Was he from 1920 or so Kansas to keep it current with the book or was he from like present day Kansas and is on a missing persons list. Also how exactly does he know enchanted forest politics this bugs me. wzard swan forever.

When Walsh turned into a monkey I just thought poor Emma that’s not fair. But when hook mentioned it in the woods it started to get really funny, and then one more time when she talked with Neal. But I think I like it. Especially since he’s the wizard. I think that would kinda fit to Emma and yes I guess it will be really funny when the gang finds out Emma was dating him 🙂 and it would be fair to all the people that shiped Emma with Neal because Emma and Hook isn’t working either.
