Two possibilities: Hook wants Emma to call him Killian to distinguish him from the Disney Hook we know she’s going to tell him about. OR Snow wants Emma to call her “mom” again but Emma won’t do it.
2. “Your father’s a distrustful fellow.”
Regina to Emma?
4. “I take it from your tone perms are bad.”
Totally Hook to Emma. I’m really looking forward to this!
6. This episode features what might be Jennifer Morrison’s best acting on the show to date.
Yay!!
8. Rumple fans should also enjoy themselves.
I cheer long and loud
9. There is a heartbreaking, albeit long-time coming, Charming family moment.
Emma probably yells at Snowing again?
10. “Yes, blame me — again.”
Regina to Snow. OR Snow to Regina.

Snow wants Emma to call her “Mom” but Emma reverts back to calling her “Snow.” Sounds like Emma has come to terms with being a mother to Henry, whereas she still struggles most with being a daughter, because that makes her vulnerable to be reliant on her mom and dad.
2. “Your father’s a distrustful fellow.”
Says Hook to Emma because Charming doesn’t like seeing the way Hook looks at his daughter.
3. The flashback portion puts a really good spin on a classic tale, incorporating it into the current cast of characters in an unexpected way.
Sword in the stone is a reference to the legend of King Arthur. However, this time Snow is going to pull the sword out of a stone to prove she’s the rightful ruler, not Regina.
4. “I take it from your tone, perms are bad.”
Emma tells Hook about his cartoon image self with big curls that looked like a perm. Hook thus replies that perms must be a bad look.
5. Magic can’t make one believe.
Sounds like Emma. Even though she herself has done magic several times, she still lacks belief that she could live happily ever after too since her whole life has been difficult. I wonder if Emma doesn’t believe in her own happy ending. Emma said in the pilot that she’s not in any story. But she is. She said she is a real person. While that’s true, she’s also a fairytale character. Remember that promo pics of Emma in Snow’s dress which so many people dislike? Well, I said then that Emma wearing her mom’s dress symbolizes Emma coming to terms with being Snow White’s daughter. Emma has to let herself be happy. She never really has had that chance before and now she must fight to give herself that chance by getting Henry back. Maybe Emma needs to find her happy thought.
6. This episode features what might be Jennifer Morrison’s best acting on the show to date.
I can’t wait! She’s been so good in so many episodes, that I’m looking forward to seeing her acting chops in full force.
7. We think Captain Swan shippers are going to have a lot to be happy about.
Enjoy it while it lasts since we know Neal is going to make it to NL by 3×7.
8. Rumple fans should also enjoy themselves.
Epic Rumbelle scenes have been promised to us.
9. There is a heartbreaking, albeit long-time coming, Charming family moment.
I’m guessing that Emma gets into a verbal row with her parents.
10. “Yes, blame me — again.”
Snow says this to Regina, since Regina always blames Snow for everything.

October 4, 2013 at 11:42 am #213894motormouth12ParticipantMy first thought on wanting to be called a different name thing was Hook and Emma but you have a good point on it being Snow I don’t know why that didn’t come to mind first. slurpeez108 how are we sure that Neal is in Neverland by episode 7 has there been confirmation? I would love to see him helping save his son.
October 4, 2013 at 11:44 am #213896RumplesGirlKeymasterMotormouth: there has been no SOLID confirmation that Neal will be in NL by 307 but it seems highly likely.

There has been pretty solid evidence to suggest as much. There were Ginny Goodwin‘s tweet on Sept. 28 (when 3×7 was being filmed) of Neal with the rest of the NL crew:
Also, there was this spoiler in which Eddy Kitsis officially confirmed we’ll see Neal in NL.
When will Neal and Emma be reunited on Once Upon a Time? —Anna
NATALIE: It’s going to be a while, Anna. We actually won’t even see Neal & Co. this week, but Episode 3 will bring us back to the Enchanted Forest. “Neal is going to, come hell or high water, get back to Neverland,” executive producer Edward Kitsis says, but Adam Horowitz adds that there will be a “wrinkle” in their story that will be revealed soon. Thankfully, Neal will find help in Robin Hood, who will repay his debt to Rumple via Neal. “Robin Hood’s story is just beginning,” says Kitsis. “We’re airing in two 11-episode pods. You’re going to get a little more into him in the beginning of this year, but we’re definitely going to get a lot of him in the second half. He’s a character we’re really excited about because he’s a thief, but he’s a thief with honor.” Does that mean I was right? Source: TV Guide"That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. October 4, 2013 at 11:54 am #213900motormouth12ParticipantThanks for answering me Rumplesgirl. I think it would be cool if he ends up in Neverland. It seems to me that a spoiler they put out recently makes it sound like he will. If not I wonder if they’ll end up in the Enchanted Forest next.

I’m gonna go a bit cracky here. Was just listening to that Barbara Barnett podcast where she drops some hints about 302, and it struck me that she used similar wording to describe both a big Shadow moment, and the Rumbelle moment, (in particular she used the word “poignant” for both). She also talked about Rumple having been abandoned, then momentarily freaked that she’d let a spoiler slip. And we know we’re finding out about that doll in this ep too. So for this line, I’m gonna go with the Shadow, appearing in the form of Belle, reminding Rumple of things about his father, which is how we discover where the doll comes from.
Or it could also be Hook talking to Emma about Charming. But I just had to get my crack theory out there, just in case. 😛

I like it. We’re all about the crack-theories here. 🙂

*frowns* My inner Rumbelle shipper isn’t loving this outright because I want it to be REALLY Belle and for them to have a real moment. But let’s face it: I’m so totally biased about this ship it’s mental.
Also, I think the Shadow being able to take on different forms is a little too LOST/Smokey.
