Also, I think the Shadow being able to take on different forms is a little too LOST/Smokey.
Maybe? Remember the promo though that PP is dressed in Henry’s clothes for some creepy reason. What if PP is can shape-shift like Cora and Regina?

October 4, 2013 at 12:04 pm #213906PheeParticipantOh it’s totally like Smokey. 😆 I’m just saying, that after hearing the way Barbara described both a big Shadow moment, and also the big Rumbelle moment, it officially made me suspicious.
October 4, 2013 at 12:06 pm #213907RumplesGirlKeymasterOh it’s wholly and totally possible. Normally we’re all pretty cracky together but I think I’m going to be stubborn on this one. 😉

Can you imagine if we see a Hook-Pan fight so early in the season?! Would be epic. (Yet, I do wonder if she is confusing Pan with Felix, since there was this promo pic of Hook fighting Felix).

(Emphasis is hers, not my own.)Rumbelle moment description: “It’s a glorious moment. It is beautiful, and it is scary, and it is poignant, and it’s an incredible moment for Rumple, and it sets up a lot of stuff for him for the coming arc. There’s a shocking moment in it, rather shocking moment, but it’s short lived, so not to worry.”
Starts at about the 42min mark, and the Rumbelle bit comes right after she talks about the Shadow bit: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/barbara-barnett/2013/10/01/once-upon-a-time-heart-of-the-truest-believer

I also wonder if she’s confusing boys because that does feel *really* early. I was thinking that the first Pan/Hook fight might be Hook’s centric.

You’re probably right. I hope Adam is prepared for that onslaught of angst if it’s not really Belle.

Cannot wait for Hook and Emma to have their conversation about the Disney film! I was so excited when they mentioned Mulan- that is the first time they have made a direct reference on the show to a character’s Disney counterpart. I’ve been waiting the entire series for a moment like that.
I do NOT want Belle to be a trick by Pan! I want the interaction with her to be a real communication- even if it’s through a dream! If she’s a trick or just in his head, then the real Belle isn’t involved in the story at all. I think it would be far more interesting if she was. They did tell us, after all, that Storybrooke and Neverland would be connected.
October 4, 2013 at 12:33 pm #213914PheeParticipantKnowing that we’re not supposed to be seeing SB yet, I’d sorta figured she had to be a figment of some description, because if it was actually her, they’d have to show her doing something on the other end to make it happen, which they couldn’t do without showing SB in some way.
Barbara said it’s more than a “scene”, it’s more like a “segment”, so it sounds pretty involved and like we’ll be getting lots of info out of it, so it’s gotta be more than Belle just encouraging him to do the right thing. The Shadow would probably know the workings of Rumple’s mind, and would be able to carry on a lengthy, information filled conversation with him.
October 4, 2013 at 12:40 pm #213916RumplesGirlKeymasterWhat I was envisioning was that the Belle that appears to Rumple would be his conscious, his inner self. So it’s sorta Belle but not really. She’s his center but his is also him having a conversation with himself, it just manifests as Belle.
