Someone admitted on a tumblr page that they were worried about Charming due to the interviews they’d been seeing today and asked that person who was able to see ep 2 early if they should be worried but not to be to spoilery and the person answered back with Hmm, I haven’t read the interviews. But if I answer whether or not you should be worried, that would probably be too spoiler-y. I’m hoping we shouldn’t be worried. Unfortunately we don’t know what interviews this person was reading if it was the thorny situation, could be deadly injury deal or the thing dealing with the secret he’ll be keeping. I’m not quite sure how to read into this. saying that it would be too spoilery if they said whether or not we should be worried makes me think we should be.

MysteryKat: I think that’s an excellent point about Regina being the least included in the group. I felt that in 3.01 when she is the last to follow after Emma’s “I don’t want or expect that” about friendship, that Regina is feeling completely alone.

She’s used to being alone in many ways, until Henry came into her life. Yet I don’t think it is what she wants.

The way she walks with her head looking down, the last to follow in line I felt sort of was very rueful. Regina knows why they don’t trust her, and she doesn’t really expect anything different but deeeeeeep down, she doesn’t just resent it, it makes her sad. She wants to be loved but what she hasn’t realized is, she has to trust them too.

So I think her journey of “believe a mother’s love is stronger than her dark heart” is in learning to trust other people to do things, and not herself. She wants to be the Queen, to be in charge and give the orders and she is going to have to learn to actually NOT do that because her impetuous way often makes a bad situation worse.
