I don’t know if anyone has posted this set of spoilers yet, but I think they could definitely use their own forum. Some I’d seen in a similar form, others are new.

From Wetpaint:
If you thought last week’s Once Upon a Time (Season 2, Episode 14: “Manhattan”) was epic, just wait until you see Season 2, Episode 16: “The Miller’s Daughter.” We’ve seen a rough cut of the highly anticipated ep, and yep, we were blown away again. We don’t want to over-hype this episode, but we’re not sure if that’s possible. We found it at least as good as “Manhattan,” which was one of our favorite Once episodes to date. Clearly, the Powers That Be have kicked the show into high gear.
However, we’re not shocked by the episode’s excellence. After all, it was written by Jane Espenson, who has penned many of the most memorable OUAT episodes. Plus, as the title suggests, it finally gives us Cora’s backstory, which we’ve been looking forward to for ages.
As always, we’re sworn to secrecy over the major plot points, but we can give you a few hints about what’s coming up.

1. Based on what we saw here, Episode 15: “The Queen Is Dead” will reveal some very interesting backstory.2. “There’s no coming back from murder.”/”There’s no coming back from death, either.”
3. Love — familial, romantic, and otherwise — has always been at the heart of OUAT, and nowhere is that as true as this episode.
4. The flashbacks in this episode provide one of our favorite revisions of a classic fairy tale yet, perfectly melding the story we know from legend with the characters and history we know from OUAT.
5. “Magic is about emotion” is a lesson multiple people learn this episode.
6. An unexpected declaration of love is sure to upset some fans.
7. Rumbelle shippers have something to look forward to, but they might shed a few tears.
8. A normally noble character shows an unexpected manipulative streak.
9. Always think your deals through — especially when you make a change.
10. We thought “Manhattan” was Robert Carlyle’s best performance to date, but we might have to update that to “The Miller’s Daughter.” Lana Parrilla (Regina) also does a fantastic job. Heck, most of the main cast gets to show off some serious acting chops this week.
*******My thoughts: I read somewhere that you’ll feel bad for rumple. I think the love declaration will be him to Cora in flashbacks, but it turns out she’s using him and they have their mysterious falling out.

Right now, it’s all I can say.February 27, 2013 at 1:47 am #175659sarah_tnParticipantFebruary 27, 2013 at 2:33 am #175671scaredcrow65ParticipantMy detailed thoughts (I posted these in another forum I just found):
1. Something about Snow? I’m not sure about this one.
2. To me this sounds like a pair of good characters, not so much Hook. Emma or one of the charmings trying to convince a fellow hero to not kill, but the other person is worried that the would be victim (Regina?) will kill them. It could also be like Emma to rumple, judging by the sassy reply, but she’s kinda late on that one if that’s the case.
6. This one was one of the most interesting to me. At first I was thinking present day and struggling, but now I’m thinking, like i said above, what if it’s rumple to Cora? Way back when obviously, ancient history, but the fans would still be mad.Weve been told we’ll feel sad for rumple in this episode. I’d be very interested to hear what people have to say on this one, cause I can’t think of any Storybrooke options and I’m quite curious.
7. Didn’t Barbara Bennett write about a very moving Rumbelle scene where they arent actually in the same room? Would they be talking on the phone? I’m trying to piece how their interaction works into the episode together. Maybe she remembers and calls him that instant. Or maybe Cora and Regina kidnap Belle to insure/save their plan and Rumple is talking to her over the phone like a proof of life thing? The latters my best guess.
10. What do we think happens to give Robert Carlyle such great material? It could be heartbreak in the flashbacks, if he really did care for Cora. But now it’s gotten me worried about Belle, Bae, and Henry, and if they might be in danger.
I can’t wait for this ep!February 27, 2013 at 11:18 am #175712swanning-offParticipant1. Based on what we saw here, Episode 15: “The Queen Is Dead” will reveal some very interesting backstory.
– theory – this refers to Snow/Cora’s enmity and how it goes far beyond just Regina/Daniel/Snow/Cora as we saw in The Stable Boy. I’m leaning towards Cora being somehow linked to Eva and leads to Eva’s death.2. “There’s no coming back from murder.”/”There’s no coming back from death, either.”
– sounds like dialogue between Regina and Cora. Who’s the intended victim? Or is this a flashback…. maybe Snow is not as virtuous as we think?6. An unexpected declaration of love is sure to upset some fans.
– Hook for Emma? Tamara for Nealfire? Belle for Greg????7. Rumbelle shippers have something to look forward to, but they might shed a few tears.
– sads. I’m packing my tissues.8. A normally noble character shows an unexpected manipulative streak.
– Snow. If this is a bit of a two parter and it’s linked to the revelations of last week.9. Always think your deals through — especially when you make a change.
– Cora’s deal vis a vis Regina? Or maybe this explains how Cora kept Regina – she made a change, but Rumple didn’t quite think it through before agreeing. So he’s left not getting the “more portable” version of Regina.

No, I think it might have something to do with Rumple and Cora, but I don’t know if that’s 15 or 16. I’ll be thrilled if it’s Hook and Emma, but I doubt it.

Rumple in Dark Castle upset — missing Belle. Belle locked up in Regina’s tower watching through a mirror! Regina probably watching Belle watch Rumple.

5. The Heart of the Matter
Skirting around the theme of love and sacrifice in “The Queen is Dead,” Once really gets to the heart of the matter in The Miller’s Daughter, an episode which serves a timely reminder about why it’s not such a good idea to rip your own heart of out of your body and store it in a box for eternity. Of course, the whole ‘heart in a box’ thing is a wonderful metaphor about closing yourself off to love in order to secure the trappings of power, and both the metaphor and its literal counterpart are played out to a beautiful and tear-jerking finale over these two episodes.4. Unexpected Lovers
You never know what or who you’re going to see in a Fairytale flashback. We certainly weren’t expecting these two well known characters to have shared such a passionate bond – despite the little hints and references scattered throughout the season. If this love had been allowed to blossom who knows where it might have ended.3. Regina and Emma Face Off With Magic
It’s all too brief, but it’s still beautiful. A tense moment in “The Miller’s Daughter” sees Emma and Regina go head to head in a magical battle. Emma is only starting to tap into her power, but this short-lived moment is super-charged with possibility. More please!2. A Hero Makes a Villain’s Move
In true fairytale tradition, Once Upon a Time offers us clean cut heroes and evil villains dressed in black – with the notable exception of the amazing Lana Parrilla’s Regina, a character we first loved to hate then hated to love, and now simply love. However “The Queen is Dead” sets events in motion that will cause one of the show’s most beloved characters (and no we don’t mean Archie!) to do something unspeakable. The event will spark a shocked “This is not you!” from a friend and a sharp intake (or should that read out-take?) of breath from the audience.1. Death Becomes … Who?
There’s no other way to say it. Events in “The Queen is Dead” lead to the death of a major character in “The Miller’s Daughter.” There are onscreen tears, and maybe a few of your own for this one!Sound off in the comments section if you think you can guess who it is, and how he/she buys it.
