Goes back to what Myril was saying here about defining regular and core cast and main cast. I considered him main cast even though he wasn’t a regular and considered Ruby a reoccurring even though she was regular. TV is weird.
True. In short, Regular translates to = they get paid more than a recurring role or guest star. We also had August and Cora both around for quite a while, and they were only recurring roles.

Oh I have no fear of that. H and K know how popular many of their characters are. The CharmingStiltskin family (as a whole) will always be at the center of the show, and now that MRJ has been upgraded it’s the entire regular cast.

*happy dance* The group on the JollyRoger, Henry, Belle, and Nealfire are the core of the show to me. This is great news! Been an MRJ fan for years.

There’s still so much Nealfire story to be told. He’s still gotta sort stuff out with his father, he’s still gotta get to know his son, we’ve still gotta see his adult self interacting with Hook, and I’d sorta love it if he ended up back in NL to face off against Pan. And then there’s all the SwanFire stuff that needs to be hashed out too. Considering all of that, how could they not make him a regular?

I’ve been asleep since around 7 pm because of allergy pills when I woke up around 11:30pm and saw this news I did a happy dance, I’m a huge SwanFire & Neal fan. Neal is my favorite character. I knew they would make him a series regular. He’s fantastic actor, He got amazing chemistry with this cast. His character of Baelfire/Neal Cassidy is very popular among fans.
