Music in the Dark interviewed costumer designer Eduardo Castro, and there were a few interesting spoilers:
Castro: Currently I am in LA and I am collaborating with my costume maker about a corset and skirt for [the] Evil Queen, plus three sets of Fairies, plus a Wedding I have to deal with as well. Experience is key in my position as well as confidence that your first choice will work!!!
MItD: Can you give any teases about any looks coming up in the second half of the season? There is a drawing of “Hook as Boozer” that has been posted online, which is intriguing and has started a lot of conversation among fans, particularly the “Captain Swan” fans.
Castro: I thought that the “Boozey Hook” costume had already been seen but I guess it has not. It is a future look at Hook in a fantasy scene. The rest of the season is mostly much the same as has been, with a musical episode we are working on that will be almost the end of the series. That is all I can say for now.
MItD: Thank you! It’s really interesting to hear the thoughts behind the costumes, particularly what you see as your successes and failures. I just wanted to clarify that the musical episode is this season? You said it will be almost the end of the series, so I wasn’t sure if you were using the words series/season interchangeably or if everybody is operating under the assumption of renewal.
Castro: The basic story line of Once will be completed this season. Whether there is a continuation with some of the cast is still under consideration, and the musical will be in the third to the last episode this season.

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICI’m sorry, but it really does seem like Emma, Snow, and Charming are leaving the show at the end of the season. I don’t know what that means for Regina, Henry, and Hook, but we will see, i guess. I definitely think that everyone knows and they just aren’t saying. Rumpel and Belle could go either way, but Robert has been done for awhile just like Jennifer. We saw the hugging on set. Robert bowing. Who knows, but it doesn’t look good.
In a lot of ways, i am glad that it will be over.
Sounds like this is the end of the show. Hook and Emma are going to get married. The show is going to come full circle. It’ll end with their wedding like it started with Snowings.

Huh. That does sound like they are expecting a good chunk of the cast to depart and for a potential S7 to be totally different with just a handful of our regulars (Lana, for instance)

How so? She’s not the only one rumored to leave. Kat on tumblr knows and she’s not happy so that probably includes Ginny and Josh as well. Probably Bobby as well. Which means Colin and Emilie as well.
The only characters that I can see going forward in S7 are Regina and Zelena cause they may still have story to be told.

I actually think a “spinoff” that features either Rump or Regina will fare better than one that doesn’t. Especially if its goin to be centered around an adult Henry, it would be best to have Regina in there as I guess sort of his mentor figure somewhat. Considering Rump is probably out of here and therefore so is Belle, Snowing isn’t known to be a fan favorite, Zelena doesn’t have that much of a connection to him, and Emma and Hook will be glued together, I could totally see Regina being the main supporting cast member of a new version of Once Upon A Time, where Henry is all grown up and doing hero things.
Honestly, I just don’t know what to expect with this show anymore. No idea where its going, or where it wants to go.
