first of all, I want to say the only thing I requested in terms of food for my birthday was lava cake cupcakes. That was it (in addition to lunch at an Italian restaurant near my house). I am not picky about presents anymore, but I still got some awesome OUAT related presents.
the cupcakes are lava cake chocolate cupcakes with gold sprinkles (for Mr. Gold/Rumpelstiltskin).
the cake I was extremely hesitant to cut later when I was required to and I even remember saying, don’t make me cut the teacups in the corners because I will probably 😥

the Once Upon a Time fairytale book that came out during season one of the show. I like it. a lot. it’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be.
again, me and my cake. I took so many pictures of that cake, you would not believe. 😆 😆I also got a Rumplestilskin’s True Love Potion Charm.

And I did not want a cake this year. Only the cupcakes. when I found out there was going to be a cake, I had a 😆 😆 😆 meltdown.
First, Happy Birthday Obisgirl! I love the cake! I would have had trouble cutting it too. I have the OUAT fairytale book. When I received it I thought it was going to be bigger too. But I love the book!! Thanks for sharing your pictures! 😀

I’ve been reading through the fairytale book. big OUAT connection in Rumpelstiltskin’s story. when the Queen is trying to guess his name, one her guesses is Spindleshanks!!
