    From TV Guide:

I’m so excited for Once Upon a Time in Wonderland!NATALIE: Join the club! I’ve learned that My Super Psycho Sweet 16’s Lauren McKnight has landed a potentially recurring arc as Elizabeth, a native of Wonderland who finds herself entangled in Alice’s quest. Word on the street is that Elizabeth is also known as The Lizard, but it’s unclear whether there’s a connection to this lizard.

Bill the Lizard is a character who featured in Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.

She has Jasmine’s hair that is for sure. But the idea of being someone to watch and given such importance makes her seem like she might be more than just a pretty face. However, she is paler than Jafar (Naveen) for sure, though that could be the stark black hair and red lips.

In other words I have no idea.

I’m leaning towards Lauren playing Jasmine, since not only does she have a much lighter complexion than the actor who plays Jafar, but she also looks a good deal younger. And, as per usual with Once, they could make Jasmine so much more than merely “a pretty face.” I could see this Once version being a kick-butt Jasmine.

Looked up some other pics of her. Even without the black hair and red lips, she remains fairly light skinned.

So, yes, I’m more inclined to say Jasmine too. We know OUAT likes to make their princesses into incredibly strong leading ladies, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s very kick-butt.

Even among full blood siblings, skin tone can vary a lot, but maybe she will be a mash of Jasmine and Nasira?

    Nasira

Nasira shares a strong resemblance to Jasmine. Even though Jasmine appeared first, chronologically Jafar would’ve known Nasira first, meaning Jafar was lusting after someone who shared a strong resemblance with his sister.

    Sorry for size difference.

Also Jafar chose to put Jasmine in the red outfit.

Now THAT’s a twist: Jasmine and Jafar’s sister = same person. Hmmmm.

And PoM–creeeeepy about the sister resembling Jasmine, they should leave THAT to Game of Thrones.

Old? As in old-ladish or as in old-fashioned?
