I still think he ‘s Will Scarlett . Makes too much sense really, especially with RED Queen. Plus RH likely isn’t continuing on (I think, the ReHo looking doubtful to me), but even if he does, Will’s storyline would be a minor character in a supporting character’s story.
A knave is a roguish character, and of course, famous for stealing the tarts from the Queen, rather like robbing the rich.
Nothing wrong with getting the right answer for the wrong reason once in awhile! Probably wouldn’t be the first time too.

Seriously though, the stealing similarity is a good point.
Set reports said Liz was talking to RQ, who no doubt associates with QoH in some way, so maybe Liz was on the jury for Will’s trial?
That could be, Lizzard is in the jury in the book, I thought.
