I wonder if they’d do completely new characters hence the “Reborn”. It’s a shame if they can’t get Zachary Quinto back, Sylar was my favourite alongside Elle (Kristen Bell) but he’s branched out into movies now. I could see them bringing back some old characters to interact with new ones but I think this is going to be a mainly new cast.

Keeper of FelixMaybe that’s the “big news” that Anders was tweeted about awhile back. Said it was too early to reveal.
Oh wow, you’re probably right!

So it is new characters then, with only the old characters “popping in”.

Keeper of FelixThat’s what I thought it would be, new cast with occasional original cast members popping in.

Which could be great or horrible, lol.
New life could be breathed into the show with new characters that only have a passing knowledge of the originals. OR people could be expecting to see their old favorites and be irate that the oldies only pass through.

fyi, his muscles look amazing. Peter Petrelli is still really fine.
Jack Coleman will reprise his role as Noah Bennett (AKA HRG) for Heroes Reborn, our sister site Deadline reports.
The 13-episode miniseries from Heroes creator Tim Kring will reconnect with the basic elements of the show’s first season — where ordinary people were waking up to the fact that they had extraordinary abilities.
Coleman — who has more recently appeared on Castle, Scandal and Burn Notice — recurred on the NBC series as the father of Hayden Panettiere’s super-powered cheerleader Claire, before being promoted to series regular midway through Season 1. Noah was also a former agent with the Company.
Heroes Reborn is slated to premiere Summer 2015.
This makes me very happy. I think I even said earlier in the thread, if they brought anyone back for the mini-series, HRG needed to be included. I’m so happy I got my wish.
I only saw a few episodes of heroes… I will probably give this a shot. What I did see stRted off well before I stopped watching (and I hear it got all complicated later on) but eh, I shall watch

I’m curious what other original cast members might come back but if it’s only Jack Coleman, I’m fine with that.
