Baelfire will be back! played by another actor because MRJ needs to leave for privacy reasons or whatever. so they had to write around him. the storyline might even be about how Zelena or someone in OZ changed Baelfire’s face to look like Neal or something and now that he will resurrect he will look like himself again.
these were the scenes that MRJ did in 319 I think, the ones about how his (Bea’s) face changed from looking like Bae to looking like Neal. Heck they might even use the kid that played Baelfire as a boy. how old is he now? can you make an 18 year old look like a 30 year old? probably….

Neal may be back for flashbacks, but I’m sorry to say Adam made it clear that this character’s “journey is completed”. I’m sad about it too, but I’m so sorry to say that this is not the case. Neal will not be back. We don’t know why, but the foundation of the overall story cannot remain intact without his death. Adam and Eddy must have known well in advance how fans would react to this, and I hate it too, but for whatever reason Adam said that this was necessary, I’m sure they must have looked everywhere for any other option before going forward with something so upsetting.
