I don’t think that makes Snow, Sleeping Beauty. It is just that it is the same curse that was used on both Snow and Sleeping Beauty so the way to break it would be the same and now that curse has been used on Henry so the same thing would need to be done to break it for Henry. This would cause some parallels between the three stories. I have always liked the idea that it is the same curse and that the witches are trading curses in fairytale land to use on their enemies.

I could see that. The whole she is the savior thing. Maybe instead it will be Regina who dies because she uses magic to get magic and all magic comes with a price so she has to die for Henry to live though what would that do to the curse then. I don’t want any of the main characters dying in the next episode. If they want to kill off Sidney or someone i wouldn’t care, but none of the main characters, and i honestly don’t think they should waste time killing minor characters like Sidney.

First of all, it would be abundantly obvious that she will in fact survive. And second, I don’t want Emma’s life to be threatened at all. At least not right now. It’s too early for Emma to be in that kind of danger. The writers should save that kind threat for future seasons. I’d rather the writers build up Emma’s hero status before they truly test her against other new threats.
I’d rather the cliffhanger be once the curse is broken, they all end up in the door room in Jefferson’s hat, and it’s up to Emma to chose a new world for them to live in. Since Fairytale land no longer exists, the twist will be that they can never truly go back home and it’s now up to them to choose a new home. I’d wait all summer to see what chooses. 😀 I have a strong fascination with Oz and Neverland, so I would love to see them do that. 😀
And didn’t Jennifer Morrison say that season 2 will have the same characters, but a different “adventure?” When I hear the word “adventure,” I naturally think of other fantasy worlds. 😉

I too have a strong fascination with Neverland, not so much with OZ however. Neverland and Wonderland have always been my favorites. But even OZ – the wicked witch, emerald city, so many super neat options available. yet, everything i have hoped to happen in this series seems to go the opposite direction. LOL! But I am rooting for your theory.

Remember that Emma saw with her own eyes that a kiss can bring a loved one out of a coma–and if Emma doesn’t remember that, MM will. Or David. I can’t imagine anything more perfect than for David to show he now believes, by urging Emma to kiss Henry.
Oh, just had a strange thought: what if Henry awoke from Regina’s kiss?
May 12, 2012 at 12:56 am #146369hjbauParticipantI really dislike the idea of there being no Storybrooke for the show as in no real world. I personally wouldn’t like that at this point in the show. And honestly it would cause all sorts of problems for the plot. How would Henry’s father enter into the story if everyone was no longer in the real world? How would Rumpel go searching for Bae? And how could all of the untold millions Regina cursed just appear in the hat? And even if it is only like 50,000 people still?
I guess what they could do is switch it and do present day in another land and do flashbacks in the real world as in we could learn about Emma’s past. I just know that right now i am not ready to give up the real world or Storybrooke. I think there is more story to tell in Storybrooke.

Could Emma be going down into the mine shaft in that elevator? Maybe Maleficent has been trapped down there this whole time.
Not only do I think that this is likely, but due to emma looking up in shock/ terror in the one scene and the accompanying roaring sound, I suspect she may become a dragon.
May 12, 2012 at 2:29 pm #146420celesstarrParticipantGlad to see how the SW/PC plot for season 2 will be: looks like we are going to see how they take back the Kingdom from the evil queen! This should be cool..i was worried about how that storyline would continue..
Looks like august tells emma to go break the curse…and maybe when she goes down the mine shaft or whatever it is she’s trying to do that and is confronted with that dragon.
Love to see the scene where the Mr. Gold voice over takes place….”Magic is coming…”
May 13, 2012 at 5:41 am #146480fairytaleprincessParticipantWow, so many awesome theories! I do like the idea of searching for a home going from world to world and encountering obstacle after obstacle, but then you are right H, we would loose StoryBrooke and Gold’s search for Bae.
And of course the line “Magic is coming” would make no sense if Emma took them out of StoryBrooke.
It looks as though the “Magic” may transform StoryBrooke in some way, a way no one is expecting.
Here is a thought, if Malefisent enters StoryBrooke can’t we assume or at least guess that Bae might be able to find his way there too? Who is to say that once Emma believes that those that were lost before the curse may find there way back to their loved ones in StoryBrooke now that magic exists.May 13, 2012 at 6:45 am #146484hjbauParticipantAnd maybe at some point in the series i would be okay with them leaving Storybrooke and leaving the real world behind, but i know i am not there yet at all. I think it is too important to keep the show grounded in the real world. That is too important to making the show believable at this point. And i don’t want a show, at least right now, that is about Emma trying to figure out how to live in a fantasy type world instead of having the show be about the good vs evil conflict and about family, like it is now, and i think that if they are in some sort of life or death situation where they are stranded in some other world it would be too big of a change.
