Having a werewolf on the team would’ve made the Neverland mission much more effective. Red could’ve literally sniffed Henry out.

I don’t see why they can’t use Red as a recurring character (although the other recurring characters were glorified extras in 4A). Red had more to do in season 1 as recurring than she did in season 2 as main. Add in Red’s friendship to Belle and there is a perfect opportunity to have Red support Belle in 4B as she deals with banishing Rumple.
